Make Musician's Mental Health A Priority!

Whether you're a small-time performer or a Major Label protege', do whatever you can to ensure that your mental health is covered and well taken care of. As a fellow creative, I totally understand that you love what you do and you love your fans. Here's the thing, no one is going to care about your mental stability more than you do. Try to find productive ways to fit your mental health maintenance into your daily regimen. Practice Yoga, Tai Chi as well as different forms of meditation. Remember, after a great performance or recording session, you can at least give your mind a 15-30 second mental break. You owe it to yourself.
